Job description

Teach piano lessons to students ranging from beginners to advanced levels.
Develop and implement individualized lesson plans tailored to each student’s goals, abilities, and progress.
Instruct students in music theory, sight-reading, ear training, and performance techniques.
Prepare students for recitals, competitions, and examinations (ABRSM, Trinity, etc., if applicable).
Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
Encourage creativity, discipline, and enjoyment of music in a supportive learning environment.
Maintain accurate student attendance and progress records.
Collaborate with parents/guardians regarding student progress and recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated on new teaching methods, repertoire, and music education trends.
